Good morning every body,the raw material of polyurethane foam sandwich panels increase the highest point now since 1995 years,why?

PM200 unit price is 32500-33000 CNY per ton($4925.00 - $5000.00 per ton), is it only China increase price or all over the world ? the Zinc steel plate increase 30% than last year.

China Environment Department come to all factories to check & inspection painting quality,many small or bad quality painting factories stop now,that is why delievery time delay and painting price higher.my oversea friends, do you increase raw material price in your market? It is not good for business, if the supplier is short of requirement, its normal to increase price,but now,suppliers are very small and less than last 3 years in the market.

Many friends factories all said the market already kill us. how to do? still keep good quality and reduce cost? how long we can keep? one month? one year? I think only one day the bank stop loan money to us,we have to say bye to every body. another idea is to make fake or reduce quality of all. maybe it can take us for a short while.but finally.they will be killed by customers and market.

we are thinking the business is really too difficult to do now in China even oversea market. only one thing to support the poor economic,that is commercial house. I am living in a third & forth line city from economic,3 years ago, one sqm commercial house is around $750.00 and one 100 sqm commercial house will need $75000.00 but now same place commercial house per sqm unit price is two times,at least $1500.00 , one small house will need $750000.00,that is really very crazy. Government need increase GDP,but common people can not live.

Anyway. it does not matter how difficult to do business now, we believe we will keep same good quality as before. and we thank all new and old customers support all time!
