Condensing Unit

Good morning Every body.as you know compressor is the heart of the whole refrigeration system,but it is not enough if only has good quality compressor without good condensing unit.so today we can say the whole condensing unit is the giblets.

Condensing unit has Air-cooled & water-cooled & Evaporating cooled. depends your ambient conditions to choose it.

Air-cooled is the best choice for 3HP to 15HP Chiller.

Water-cooled is the best choice for 20HP to 40HP Both Chiller & freezer.

Evaporating cooled is the best choice for 50HP to 300HP.

Copeland or Danfoss full hermetic scroll compressor from 2HP to 15HP air-cooled is the best choice for cold room chiller with 10CBM to 200CBM.

The condensing unit include compressor,air-cooled condenser(1HP equip with 10 to12sqm condenser),fans,liquid tank,dry filter.solenoid valve,liquid sight glass,H/L pressure gauge.H/L pressure pressure control, stop valve etc. 

No need oil separator and accumulator.

Bitzer or Manuerop or Tecumseh Piston compressor is the best choice for 2HP to 5HP Air-cooled or water-cooled cold room freezer:-18C

But now Copeland scroll has low temperature ZSI & ZF compressor for freezer -18C. but only half price compare bitzer. that is also the good choice.

Bitzer or Manuerop piston compressor is the good choice for 5HP to 30HP freezer -18C.

Hanbell and fullsheng screw water-cooled or evaporating cooled is the best choice for 30HP to 300HP freezer & blast freezer.

Oil separator & accumulator is needed for freezer.please note.
