How to find Compressor Problems & solve it?

We all know that compressor is the heart of the whole refrigeration system,so all the problems will focus on the compressor. how to avoid compressor broken or how to protection compressor?

There are three types of compressors in the market now. full hermetic scroll compressor,Danfoss & copeland have it. the power is from 2HP to 15HP. Low noisy and good for chiller. normally no need oil separator to protect it.second type is semi hermetic piston compressor. the power is from 1.5HP to 40HP for both chiller and freezer. it will need oil separator and accumulator to protect valve plate.the third one is semi hermetic screw compressor. the power is from 30HP to 150HP.

Compressor did not work,please check step by step:

1.Check the wires,maybe the wiring block is not stable or out of block.

2.The fuse was broken.please check the reason.

3.Get the wrong wires. Check the wires reference principle draw

4.Set the wrong control parameters.Read control operate instruction and reset the parameters

5.Contactor relay coil broken.Find the result and change.

6.High low pressure control break.Check the reason and press reset button.

7.Leak refrigerant,Check if leak refrigerant.

8.Oil level trouble,Charge oil.

9.Compressor coil broken.Check the reason and change compressor.
