How to solve strange noisy when compressor is running.

We often meet this problems that the cold room compressor created some very strange noisy when the compressor is working,the noisy is bigger and strange than normal. its easy to find it. what cause this strange noisy? Does it break the compressor if it keep this noisy for long time?

1.Compressor screw is not tight,Tight screw and change shock absorptio

2.Pipe shocks.Stable pipe again.

3.Liquid refrigerant was in the crankcase,oil and refrigerant were compressed after running.Enlarge liquid reciever,reduce refrigerant,crankcase heater pre-heat in advance.

4.The expansion valve open too big,liquid goes back.Reduce refrigerant.

5.Charge too much refrigerant.Reduce refrigerant.

6.Compressor is short of oil.Check the reason and change.

7.Connecting rod and crank case shaft wear.Check the reason and change.

8.Suction and discharge wear.Check the reason and change.
