How to solve compressor overheat problems?

We always meet compressor overheat problems.it will burn the compressor motor coil if it keep overheat for long time.so we have to check what cause it and solve it.now our engineers have some experience as following:

1.Voltage too high or too low,Check voltage and rated power supply in ±10%

2.Power source short phase.Check switch and fuse.

3.Refrigerant is not enough.motor is not cooled enough.Charge refrigent.

4.Discharge pressure too high.Check condensing and ventilation.

5.Suction temperature is too high.Adjust expansion valve or increase suction insulation.

6.Compressor is running short oil.Charge oil.

So if you meet same problems,please check it step by step and correct it to avoid burn compressor.

The compressor is the heart of the whole refrigeration system,we have to do all to protect it to work well.
