3.The temperature will be reduce after compressor runs,now test the current gauge,and adjust overload relay.make sure the current value always in the range of heating overload relay protection.

4.Check the compressor feet screw and nut,condensing fan,evaporator fan motors and fan net screw and nut.if they are not fix.please fix them well.

5.Check the compressor or unit's sight glass,the oil level should be at 1/2～2/3(stop state),1/4～2/3(running state)

6.Check if the system high and low pressure control,temperature control,and oil pressure different control,system cooling and all the valves are at normal states.

7.Check if the voltages are balance,and the imbalance of voltage≤3%

8.Check if the spare parts were mounted tighten,and if every joint insulated very well.

9.The oil will create foam when compressor running,but the foam will be reduced when the compressors work under nominal condition.or that means there is too much liquid in the suction pipe.

10.Please cut off power source if the sounds strange or something different,and get some professional people to repair it.
