3.Protect:
(1)system high pressure pressure protection.
(2)Low pressure pressure protection.
(3)Compressor overload protection.
(4)Condensing fan overload protection.
(5)Compressor coil internal increase temperature protection.(6)Compressor internal against rollback protection.

4.Alarm:the code of trouble shooting to show to alarm, trouble shooting indicator to alarm.

Check before running.
5.Please check if the cabinet of wiring box and the metal shell of refrigeration system touch ground well before running the units.

6.Check if something were left in the cabinet and around the unit,also check if the wiring connecting right or wrong.and the block of wiring must be screw very good.

7.Checking if the voltage is in 380V ± 5%

8.Check if the system valves are open.

9.Please check if the system high pressure and low pressure and oil is at the right position.

10.Close the switch QF and connecting the power source,dial the oil heating switch 1K as the first time running. The heater will keep the oil warm for 4 to 5 hours.so that separate the refrigerant and oil,to make sure the viscosity of oil.then runs the compressors.(no heater in high temperature condition)

11.Dial the power source switch 2K,compressor and condensing fans and evaporator fans are running when there is no problems of protection return way.open the solenoid valve,when first start the screw and scroll compressors,please take care the high and low pressure gauge.do it according to the item 4th.

12.The temperature will be reduce after compressor runs,now test the current gauge,and adjust overload relay.make sure the current value always in the range of heating overload relay protection.

13.With the compressor running,The high pressure increases the pressure in the system, when the pressure increases to the setting pressure of high pressure switch, switch contact point will be closed,then high pressure condenser fan begins running, when the pressure drop,the high pressure condenser fan stops running.
