Daily maintenance:

 

 

1) clean the heat radiators regularly. The cleaning method is: brush the heat sink carefully with brush, then blow clean with compressed air, and clean and rinse with the special air conditioner fin cleaning agent (common name polyester dust) when necessary.

 

 

2) regularly dedusting the condenser (method the same as above).

 

3) check the water level in the water tank of the chiller regularly. If the water level is too low, add pure water or deionized water in time.

 

4) check the wiring terminals of electrical appliances regularly and dust removal (after power failure).

 

5) regularly check whether the connector in the water system is leaking and whether the pipeline is aging. If there is water leakage, the relevant components should be replaced in time.

 

6) the water inside the chiller needs to be replaced regularly, and the frequency of replacement is usually one month. The use of water quality in cold water machine for long time is easy to form scale, thereby blocking the water flow and reducing the effect of cooling, so it is the first problem to replace water regularly. The water quality in the water tank of the chiller is checked regularly. If the water quality of the cooling water is poor, turbidity, and transparency drops, all the deteriorated cooling water should be released in time and the new cooling water should be replaced. Water should choose distilled water as far as possible. If there is no condition, deionized water can be selected. Each manufacturer has the requirement for water quality, and remember to meet the requirements. Otherwise, long time use of unqualified water quality will cause laser internal fouling.

 

7) regularly remove impurities on filter cartridge. If the filter element is damaged, it should be replaced in time. The replacement filter element must adopt the standard filter element required by the manufacturer.
