New Customer like high quality or low price?

Today.One African customer said: Mr.Alan, your price is too high. we can use better price buy it in Africa. but this friend never use our products and never check our equipment spare parts list.I just want to say, if you are a real buyer,first thing you need to check is what cold room is.Its made of panel. panel is made of double colored zinc steel plate. the thickness is 0.326mm/0.376mm/0.4mm/0.426mm/0.5mm/0.6mm. the price is must different. now the raw material of steel plate increase 30%. our standard thickness is 0.5mm and confirm 10 years use.

Condensing unit is different. Compressor is the heart of refrigeration system.second hand compressor is only 0.2 time of new & original compressor. same power of 15HP Bitzer,4PES-15Y price is $1865.00 but 4JE-15Y price is $3585.00 you may see how big price difference.

Also. if we add oil separator & Suction filter & Liquid separator. it will be more $215.00

If use Danfoss expansion valve & danfoss pressure control. the price will increase $185.00

we are a big factory, we sale 2 to 3 containers each day to our distributors. they will sell the equipment to local users. and the local users feedback us good reputation about our quality and service. I do not know why our distributors can sell better price. and a new users today ask me why our peice is too high and ever talk about machinery details. if they only want low price and never check good quality. I do not think they can do big business.
